Our stay there was very comfortable. Appreciated our clean rooms, plus the staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was freshly prepared and there was a huge variety of food to choose from. The room with a hand basin. The location was great on different lakes. Also, the place was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large waterfall.

The breakfast had variety of options and included cereals, muffins, and yogurt.

The rooms were beautiful and big size, with a good bed. The hotel was in an excellent and stunning position close to Tunnel Mountain. Also, the venue was just a pleasant stroll away from Central Park.

The hotel was in an AMAZING location very close to City centre, a quiet area close to tunnel mountain and different lakes. The stuff was really helpful and very welcoming throughout our stay. We booked a private queen room and it was big size, good beds.

Immaculately clean and cosy unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. Amiable staff and quick to respond. The location particularly good in the heart of Banff. Very close to a mountain and public transport.

My room included a living room and a kitchenette area. It had a wide array of meals for breakfast, including cereals, muffins, and yogurt. The staff were helpful and nice and the location was fantastic close to the centre of town.
